My name is T’hana telling everyone about my Alysia Mullins A.K.A. my guardian angel. My children and I went through one of the roughest times of our lives When my own family put me down she’s always been here speaking life into me until this day. She never once judged me or told me what I couldn’t do. she was always for me. She’s taught me to block out the negativity and trauma from my past. She has helped me with SO many resources in the community that I had no idea were out there. I honestly don’t know where my children and I would be without her! I am a stronger more positive person because of her. She is certainly a walking blessing and I cannot thank her enough for the help she gives my family and me!

I enjoyed the experience and loved the way the facilitators let us express ourselves and still taught us.

The workshop was needed, due to my anxiety and compassion fatigue. I realized that I was holding myself back from the things I wanted. I want a strong community. I want to be able to communicate and be the real me. I learned that I have to allow myself to be vulnerable with others, that is where the Gift of Truth lies. I am extremely happy I joined Kan’t Make Up Inc. Because we can’t make up what we’ve been through. I don’t think I would be in this space of confidence that I am in now. Thank you.
